Made by Nike, from 100% polyester, the Aston Villa Home Football Shirt was released for the 2011/12 Premiership season.
Designed from traditional Aston Villa colours, the main body features a chequered claret pattern whilst the sleeves and round-neck collar are a refreshing light blue.
Across the chest the Aston Villa badge is stitched onto the left side whilst the Genting Casinos sponsor is printed over the middle.
For optimum performance and comfort, this football shirt incorporates Nike's innovate Dri-FIT technology. This helps regulate your body temperature by pulling sweat away to keep you cool and dry for when the action starts to heat up. Added ventilation is provided by panels running down the side of the shirt which combine with an overall lightweight fit.
As a subtle finishing touch, just below the collar on the reverse of the shirt “Aston Villa” is printed in small white lettering.
