Emerging out of years of turmoil, the Afghanistan football team achieved notable success in 2011 by reaching the final of the SAFF Championship.
Made by Hummel, from 67% cotton and 33% polyester, the Afghanistan Home Football Shirt was released for the 2011/12 season.
The Afghanistan shirt is a predominantly white offering, incorporating the colours of their national flag with green and red stripes running up the sides and a black polo neck collar. The Hummel logo is stitched onto the right chest chest whilst their Hummel arrows stretch along both long sleeves to the black elasticated cuffs.
To ensure optimum performance and comfort for players and fans alike, Hummel have introduced their Temperature Control System, keeping your skin dry by whicking away perspiration.
As a finishing touch, a small Afghanistan flag is stitched onto the back of the collar.
